Here's How It Works
Step 1: Text me what you got
Send me the model and a photo of your camera. Don’t know the specs? Just send a photo. I’ll figure it out.
Step 2: Get a same day quote
You’ll get a quote. If the price works for you, I’ll pick a spot in Arlington to meet (usually a Starbucks, Whole Foods, or police station).
Step 3: Get Paid On the Spot
I’ll inspect the camera. This usually takes 3-10 minutes. Then I pay you on the spot (cash, Venmo, Paypal, Zelle).
HOW TO GET THE BEST OFFER
Bring everything that came with it: lenses, batteries, charger, original box if you’ve still got it.
Wipe down obvious dust or smudges.
And just be upfront about any issues. I’m not going to walk away over a scuff. Honestly, I’ve bought gear in far worse shape than yours probably is.
WHERE WE MEET
Starbucks. Whole Foods. Compass Coffee. Police station if meeting a stranger with cash makes you want backup.
Most locations are in Arlington, VA.
Sometimes I do make exceptions and drive outside the city if my appointment schedule is more free.

WHY PEOPLE SELL THEIR CAMERA TO ME
Selling a camera just plain sucks.
Like Facebook Marketaplce – you spend 45 minutes writing a listing. Someone lowballs you. You renegotiate. They ask seventeen questions, disappear for four days, then resurface to ask for more photos. You relist. Finally someone says they’ll meet up.
Only to find that they never show up at the meetup spot.
And the online buyers like KEH or MPB? You ship your camera to a warehouse, wait a week for them to inspect it, and hope the quote they gave you is the same one they actually pay. Spoiler: it’s not always.
